Text Messaging & Consent Policy

1. Who texts you

Only Ownerfi. If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Ownerfi at the number you provide: alerts about new home listings that match your saved search, and replies to messages you send us. Your consent covers texts from Ownerfi only. It does not cover texts from realtors or any other company.

2. How you opt in

During sign-up you enter your phone number and check a box agreeing to receive text messages from Ownerfi. The box is unchecked by default. You can see the exact wording at ownerfi.ai/sms-consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Frequency, cost and opting out

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We confirm and send nothing more.
• Reply HELP for help, or visit ownerfi.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Your information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. A realtor receives your contact information only if you accept that realtor's intro request. 5. For realtors

A realtor may contact a buyer only after the buyer accepts that realtor's intro request. Realtors are independent professionals, not Ownerfi, and are responsible for following the TCPA and state laws when they call or text, including honoring any request to stop within 24 hours. Ownerfi may suspend a realtor's account for contacting buyers who declined or asked them to stop.
