How Ownerfi collects SMS consent

Ownerfi is operated by Prosway. Buyers create an account at ownerfi.ai. During sign-up they enter their phone number and see the step below. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and the account can't be created until they check it. After they submit, their account is created, and Ownerfi may text them alerts about new owner-finance home listings that match their saved search and replies to messages they send us.
