Main level has 2013 sq ft AND there is a finished 1200 sq ft basement which needs paint and some updating. Home is on 3/4 acre and abuts a neighborhood pond. Very quite neighborhood which feels like the country, but less than a mile to Sage Meadows and 2 miles to Hilltop. Please respond only if you are qualified- a bank qualification for the sales amount or verification of qualification to purchase.
