Matches are based on criteria like ARV, listing price, location. Realtors and buyers can define their preferences through their Match Card.
The Co-listing service helps realtors collaborate by "recycling" properties between agents. You can submit properties you'd like to co-list, and in gain access to Co-listing opportunities shared by other agents. This service creates a mutually beneficial system, where agents can expand their reach, share resources, and close deals faster.

We connect realtors with buyers, sellers, and other realtors for Co-listing opportunities, providing a platform to expand their business.
No. All agreements and terms are handled directly between the connected parties. Prosway's role is to facilitate introductions and matches.
Realtors decide and agree on commission splits between each other. Prosway does not manage or take a percentage of commissions. We just make the match.
Log into your Prosway account and navigate to the property submission section. Provide the required details, and our system will match your property with potential buyers or Co-listing partners.
When a match is found, you can either be notified via your preferred method of notification or visit your View my Matches section on your account page to see all your matches.
